Can I collect my order?

You are welcome to pick up your order personally from our factory.

Can I have my shipment sent to a different address?

It is no effort for us to ship your order to an address other than the billing address. Please let us know your billing address and delivery address during the ordering process. The invoice is generally included in the shipping package. If you do not want the invoice to be sent with the package, please let us know. Our shipping packaging is kept neutral, so that no one suspects anything, no thieves or no snoops.

Can I return my order?

Please note: Individual made-to-measure items and personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. For this reason, please check your information carefully. If it is not a piece of jewelry made individually for you, you can use the jewelry
return to us within 7 days of receipt of the package. We do not take back any jewelry that shows signs of wear. You can find the exact procedure for a return under the menu item “Declaration of Cancellation”.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer himself. We assume no liability for returns or lost returns. For this reason, we recommend that you only send the package back to us insured.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have processed the return, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping costs within 14 days using the payment method used to make the purchase.

How can I care for my jewelry?

You can find detailed information and tips on caring for your jewelry under the menu item “Material and Care”.

Do you create custom-made products?

Please feel free to contact us for requests and custom-made products. Even if your ring size is not listed, we can make “almost” any size.

How high are the shipping costs in Germany and abroad?

We ship free of charge.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.
